You must have completed your move in Checklist in order to check in and pick up keys:

• 1) Balance at $0 by August 3- Must be paid by this deadline. After August 3rd - Certified funds only will be accepted (ex. Cashier's Check or Money Order)
• 2) 3rd party Renter's Insurance - If you don't have your own Renter's Insurance, we automatically opt you into our Cardinal Protect Policy
• 3) Copy/Photo of Government Issued ID – REQUIRED for Guarantor and Resident
• 4) Pet photo/records (if applicable)
• 5) All documents signed by all parties - This includes guarantor signatures, so double-check with them!
• 6) Contact information updated - Phone number, email address, and physical current address
• 7) Vehicle information REQUIRED
• 8) Set up recurring rent payments - This will allow you to save time each month paying rent & avoid late fees!
• 9) CONFIRM YOUR CHECK IN!!!!

Move In Inspection Form - Must be returned within 48 hours to avoid being charged for the condition of the unit at move in.
